In their latest video, as provided below, the mysterious prototype is put up against three different vehicles in a race – a Bentley Bentayga, Ferrari 488 GTB, and Tesla Model X P100D. To our surprise, each vehicle wasn’t able to keep up.

If the video is able to live up to its hype, then Faraday Future is well on its way in dominating the auto industry – that is, at least when it comes to speed. But then there certain questions in need of being answered. For example, while the FF prototype was seemingly able to outrace Tesla’s Model X, how might it perform against the Model S, especially once it receives its next update this month?
Looks like the Model S P100D Easter egg will allow it to do 0 to 60 mph in 2.4 sec and a 10.6 sec 1/4 mile via software update next month

Speed isn’t everything, however. More importantly, Faraday Future will need to show that its prototype will equally outperform every other vehicle currently on the market in terms of efficiency and safety. I guess we’ll find out come January.
