Imagine a desolate future where humans no longer exist. No life – as we define it – exists, but the desire to live remains. Do you run when your life is threatened or do you fight? Run where? Fight what? These are the questions which beg to be answered in this new sci-fi short film Lost Boy – a post-apocalyptic cyberpunk on steroids!

Lost Boy is a tale that requires no dialogue. It’s a visual tale of survival in a world where nothing seems to be alive in the traditional sense, but the desire to live does. The short film certainly raises many questions, such as: how are the – albeit limited – beings on this world alive? What makes up their power source? And what exactly is the conflict here between the two?
Needless to say, I found myself deeply intrigued and begging for more. Hopefully, the film will raise enough eyebrows and get itself a feature length adaptation. Until then, enjoy!
