Japanese electronics corporation Panasonic has engineered a megaphone translator, known as “Megahonyaku,” that is capable of translating Japanese into English, Chinese, and Korean when spoken into. Tokyo Narita International Airport will be the first to test it out. SOURCE

A.I. College Student
For the first time ever, developed by the National Institute of Informatics, an artificial intelligence (A.I.) program has achieved an above-average score on a college entrance exam, which covered several different subjects, from math to physics to English. SOURCE
Funded by DARPA, Dr. Theodore Berger, who is a neuroscientist and biomedical engineer at the University of Southern California, has been testing a new memory-boosting implant which is said will eventually process and enhance long-term memories – the first ever memory prosthetic. SOURCE
